God gives you the Power

"Behold, I have given you the power
‘to tread upon serpents’ and scorpions
and upon the full force of the enemy
and nothing will harm you.
(Luke 10:19)

Power and Authority flow from intimacy with Christ, not charisma or credentials. True Joy comes from relationship, not results, from performance to belonging. Our deepest identity is not in what we do for God, but in who we are to Him.

Revelation is given to the humble. Success is not due to personal power but divine commission. Truths are not unlocked by intellect alone but by childlike trust. This challenges us to approach Scripture with humility, not just scholarship.

We are living in a privileged time. A time of fulfilled promises—let’s not take that for granted. Every act of obedience—however small—participates in the larger spiritual battle.

These learning lessons indeed touches my heart. What we are and who we are today is all because of the life in Christ that the Father gives each passing day. Truly, all things emanate from our relationship with Jesus who is "all in all" to us.

Lord Jesus, You are the life that is in us. A life You keep for all eternity. With You, there is nothing that we should fear nor worry about. In saving us, You brought us back enduring joy.

Today, we humbly turn to You ten times more, seeking You and begging for Your pardon and mercy. Forgive us for the countless times when our hearts have been disposed to stray from You. As always, we completely rest upon the grace of Your most loving arms. With much hope, trust, and fully dependent upon Your strength, we humbly pray. Amen.
